February 6 – Cruising the Tasman Sea

A quiet day at sea.  We attended a lecture on China that was presented by one of the new lecturers that came on board in Auckland.  And Ken Ross, our favorite Destinations Lecturer, gave a talk on the history of Sydney and some of the sights we will see.

The rest of the day we worked on emails and the blog and photos.  Mary worked on getting her 10,000 steps in for the day.  One can get 2 or 3 thousand steps in just by walking to meals and the lecturers.

We had dinner with Dave from Hawaii who we had dined with before and three people from Alamo CA, just down the road from our former home.  Small world.  The evening show was a collection of songs from various Broadway hits.  Parts were very good.

Since we took in an early show we had more time to work on the blog and read our books and other things before heading to bed a bit late.
