Another
easy going day at sea. Lectures included
one on Fiji, our next port of all, and one on ocean life and one on cyberspace
and its role in crime, war and terror organizations.
In the afternoon they had a tour of the galley so Mary headed off to see the acres of stainless steel and the operation.
There was a big display screen that gave estimates of the number of each dish expected to be served. This helped with their planning, tracking and preparations.

The
evening’s entertainment was a short “musical” entitled, “A Love Story”. It takes place in the 6/8 Café and featured the ship’s company of entertainers and a
number of 60’s and 70’s song. Since it
was only a half an hour long most of the crowd then adjourned to the Stardust
Club for a show by musical humorist Bayne Bacon. We had seen him before and he is very
enjoyable. He plays both the piano and
guitar and tells some pretty funny jokes.
