More
interesting lectures for these two days at sea (Mozambique Channel) but the
real highlights were the entertainment.
On March 4 we listened to a great concert by Filip Wojciechowski. He performed both classical and contemporary
pieces.
On
March 5 we decided to go to afternoon tea.
Today’s theme was Mozart and all of the staff members, including the
pianist, were dressed in costume from Mozart’s period.
We had some hot chocolate (we are spoiled by Angelina's in Paris and the hot chocolate in Madrid) and some lovely tea munchies.

This
evening we saw a truly spectacular show called “Jazz, a Crazy Rhythm”. It featured the ship’s show band; all of the
ship’s singers and dancers; Filip, the pianist who performed the previous
night; Kenny Martyn, a clarinetist that will be performing later; Irina the violinist, and Beverly
and Thomas the professional dancers. It
was one of the best performances of the entire cruise.
